How enquiry information is handled

This notice explains how DK Refrigeration, Aircons & Appliances uses personal information submitted through the website enquiry form.

The form may collect your name, contact details, location, equipment information, fault description, preferred contact method, marketing-source information and an optional photograph or document.

The information is used to assess your enquiry, contact you, arrange an inspection or service, prepare a quotation and maintain a practical record of the request. It is not used for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree to that use.

Enquiries are delivered to DK by its website and email service providers. Information is only shared where reasonably necessary to respond to the request, comply with the law or protect legitimate business interests. Attachments should not contain identity documents, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
