How enquiry information is handled

This notice explains how DK Refrigeration, Aircons & Appliances uses personal information submitted through the website enquiry form.

Information collected

The form may collect your name, contact details, location, equipment information, fault description, preferred contact method, marketing-source information and an optional photograph or document.

Why it is used

The information is used to assess your enquiry, contact you, arrange an inspection or service and prepare a quotation. It is not used for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree to that use.

How it is shared and stored

The website does not save submitted enquiries in a database. It processes the information in memory and attempts to deliver it through the selected email provider. When delivery succeeds, the provider and receiving mailbox may retain the email under their account settings. A text draft is stored in your browser until successful submission; selected attachments are not stored in that draft. Information is only shared where reasonably necessary to respond to the request, comply with the law or protect legitimate business interests. Attachments should not contain identity documents, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.

Your choices and rights

Consent and urgent enquiries

Submitting the form authorises DK to contact you about that enquiry. It does not confirm a booking or response time. For urgent equipment failures, contact DK directly; after-hours assistance remains subject to technician availability.
